Products purchased on our website will be delivered to the address of the selected parcel locker or other indicated by the customer.

Products purchased on the fuerta.pl website are delivered by courier companies: Inpost, DPD or GLS.

The delivery costs of the ordered products are as follows: From  14.5 euro of the courier in UE. It is also possible for the seller to deliver the products free of charge under certain conditions. The customer is informed about the possibility of delivery and the cost of delivery of the goods at the stage of placing the order.

An approximate delivery date of the ordered products is presented on the Store’s website, which is counted from the moment of order acceptance to execution, as referred to in point VI paragraph 1 lit. a), b), c). The delivery time for the purchased products is 1-5 business days. In the case of a large number of orders, we reserve the right to an extended time of order fulfillment. The customer will be informed about this fact.

The purchased products will be immediately made available to the customer. In the event that the order fulfillment period is longer than 30 days, the customer has the right to withdraw the purchase contract and refund the amount paid.

The purchased goods are shipped via courier companies. Fuerta.pl asks the customer to check each time that the packaging delivered by the courier company is undamaged. In the event of damage to the packaging, the customer is obliged to write a protocol with the courier company.

Please be advised that in the event of failure to deliver the goods for reasons attributable to the ordering party, e.g. due to an incorrectly provided address when placing the order, the store will not bear the costs of delivering the delivered goods again.
